Coaching
Our coach is Rob Norris.
Team Practice - Thursdays 6.30pm-8pm - this session is only for team players and is at a discounted price of £5, this is to recognise the team players and sessions are designed to fit around your requirments. This is a chance for team players to come and do a session with others in their team and work on those areas that you want improving when playing matches. So if you are a team player please take advantage of this session.
From Thursday 17th June Match practice will run from 7-8.30pm and will move from 6.30pm-8pm.
Cardio Tennis - Fridays 6pm-7pm - this session is for anyone as it is designed to give a great workout rather that work on shots. So if you want to lose a few pounds and hit lots of balls then this is the session for you. We get all levels participating and a great way to set you up for the weekend, so come up and try. If you have not tried this before then give it a go as anyone that has done it really enjoys it.
Ladies Morning - Mondays 9.15am-10.45am - This session is for lower standard and we cover all the basics of the game and is a good session if you are really rusty or starting out.
Adult Tennis Tournament
on Sunday 13th June 2-4pm - This tournament is £7 to enter and part of the entry fee is going to charity. This event is back by popular demand and 8 places have already filled I only have another 8 available so let me know if you want to enter. This event is not only really good fun it is a chance to raise some money for charity :), so sign up and show your support.

N.B. Sunday Morning from 10.00a.m. and Saturday Afternoon from 1.00p.m.– League Matches (We have in excess of 20 teams entered in the local Leagues during the winter and summer)
